Glad that's done.....

Now that we've covered the review of 2009, we can start the fun part of previewing 2010 for the Bengals and the NFL. Those posts (I'll break them up to keep them more manageable) will begin in the next couple of days.

Training camps start tomorrow for some teams, and next week for the Bengals. Football is back!!!!!

  1. I don't know how you did it but you were border line clairvoyant with some of your previews. Hopefully you can do the same this year.

I think the Bengals will be a better team this year but their record won't reflect it. They won't be better than 10-6. There is no way they run the table on the AFC North this year. The Ravens will probably beat them once.

No excuses from Palmer apologists this year. He has a stacked WR-TE corp to throw to and the yound offensive line will be better. Plus the depth at RB is amazing. If the passing attack isn't in the top ten in the league then Palmer's rank as a top QB is OVER!!!!

  2. I hope I can do as good a job. I was pretty close, but I missed the playoff game.

It was fun to look back on those previews to see what I was thinking week to week, and in some cases to see the email chain we all had going. There were some great thoughts that I'll be putting into the roster posts.

I do believe firmly that #9 (or Jesus in cleats as I call him) will be back to elite status. They have everything set up for them to be a top 10 unit. Palmer is a fantasy sleeper for sure.
